Rumor mill: Nvidia plans to unveil the mainstream GeForce RTX 5060 Ti next week, right on the heels of the high-end RTX 50 series launch for enthusiasts and pro gamers. Chinese media outlets have leaked official pricing for the two upcoming cards ahead of the announcement.

According to industry insider Board Channels and Chinese tech blog IT Home, the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB model will cost $379, while the 16GB variant is $429. In China, they will reportedly go for 3,199 yuan ($435) and 3,599 Yuan ($490), respectively.

Board Channels has a fairly reliable track record with hardware leaks, but ongoing uncertainty around import tariffs means US pricing could still shift. Nvidia also has yet to confirm the prices, so take both reports with a healthy grain of salt.

If accurate, the leaked pricing is good news for gamers. The rumored prices come in lower than the RTX 4060 Ti, which launched at $499 for the 16GB Ada Lovelace model and $399 for the 8GB version. Nvidia later cut the 16GB price to $449 to better compete with AMD's RX 7700 XT.

The RTX 5060 Ti uses the GB206-300 GPU, which TSMC fabricates using its 5 nm process. It includes 36 streaming multiprocessors for a total of 4,608 CUDA cores. It also features a 128-bit memory interface and GDDR7 memory running at 28 Gbps, delivering 448GB/s of bandwidth. The card runs at a 2407MHz base clock and a 2572MHz boost clock, with a 180W TGP powered by a single 16-pin connector.

Other notable specs include 144 texture mapping units, 48 render output units, and 36 ray-tracing cores. For display connectivity, the card offers one HDMI 2.1b port and three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs, enabling users to connect multiple monitors at once.

Nvidia will likely confirm the remaining tech specs and announce pricing on Tuesday, April 15. Gamers will not have to wait long to see whether the leaked information proves accurate.

I'm not against 8GB cards, but $379 isn't anywhere close enough for one. 8GB cards shouldn't cost anymore than $300 in 2025, I don't care how fast the GPU is.
100% agree. 8GB is pathetic these days. You'd be buying an outdated product on day one. With the way things are going economically, I'm sure this card's value is getting worse still...

Since Nvidia hasn't done a launch yet with more that 1,000 cards worldwide, what make anyone think they will have anywhere near enough cards for a proper launch? Much less, sell more than 10 cards at MSRP.

You might as well print that they'll be released at $100. Especially since list price is vaporware.

Nvidia releasing a 16GB card for under $450 feels like the GPU equivalent of seeing a unicorn—still suspicious, but I’ll take it. Now if only they bundled it with actual availability and no artificial stock shortages, we might be onto something.

The funny thing is that the 5060ti 16GB will likely be better than the 5070 12GB in many cases, especially in the cases where people want to use FrameGen.

How in the world are these prices "good news for gamers"?! Is there an editor in the house?

Didn't y'all spend the last 2 years complaining, and rightly so, that the 4060 Ti was an awful-value product, even at those measly discounts???

Tariffs or no tariffs, shortage or no shortage, $380–430 still is too much for this GPU class, especially since the generational performance uplift will likely be utter garbage.

I am so excited to pay more for these GPU's that would have been sold as a 50 level SKU last gen. Paying more for less benefits everyone when these probably have 4080 performance (Source: Nvidia). /s
So why are you then? You are aware you dont have to pay for it right?

Why do you feel entitled to more for less from these companies?

The /s at the end of my post went fully over your head, and yes - I won't be paying. Still happy with my RX 6950 XT and I won't be replacing it due to the current market being a load of crap from both sides.

This morning's news (UK time) said Americans would be paying 104% tariffs which would presumably make the price they pay $875. This afternoon's news said tariffs were being delayed but didn't say whether they go to last week's 54% or back to 0%? I'm confused.

I know what /S means. But you werent being sarcastic?

Im curious, what do you think will change? And whats so bad about the market?

"""the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB model will cost $379, while the 16GB variant is $429""""

Hahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahah ... no they won't

I visited Microcenter today. Nothing in the cases but RTX 5070 and AMD 7600xt.

So thankful I went ahead and got my 5090FE day one. Waiting would have been a mistake.

Did you even really read Mihai comment , before you raced To Nvidias aid

The main comment was about "The Good News"

Nvidia can charge what they want

I concur with Mihai - how is this good news .

Today we will execute you, "the good news" is we will let you choose the way you die and use your skin to make canoes ! :)

Even a stupid kid knows they will not be at MSRP, and we have an idea how they will perform after 5070s 4090 killer performance.

Title should say, All 10 5060Ti gpus made will be available globally starting April 15. As Nvidia hardly supplied any 5090 to the market, even 5080 was low supply. New business strategy, lower the supply of gpus, inflate prices instead of innovation.

Tarrifs are on the pre-profit price I.e. if Nvidia pay $100 for manufacturing of this card, they will pay a tariff on that when imported ($104 extra, if 104%), and then they add on their profit margin and sell it. So basically, you lack even the most basic understanding of how tariffs work.
