Offer remote assistance

hi all,

in my network i tried to configure offer remote assistance by enabling offer remote assistance in group policy for an OU.DC is 2003 and clients are xp sp2.when i try to connect the client, one error message is popping up
"access to the requested resource has been disabled by the administrator"

i am the domain admin and have added that in the group policy also.

I believe that ALL the clients need to have port 1900 opened in the firewalls

which FW is installed? although not even active, some STILL inhibit inbound traffic

only windows firewall.no third part fw is installed.and windows firewall is disabled by gpo
