Only internet explorer can use Internet (Vista)

Hello.

The only program that is able to access internet is internet explorer.

Mozilla is completely blank when i start it, it won't even try to open the home page.
Opera can't access internet, but it will try to do so.
Bittorrent won't download anything. Before i was able to use it by reinstalling it, every time i shut my computer down. That does not work anymore.
AVG is unable to download updates.
Spybot can't be installed, as the installation program is unable to access internet.
iTunes can't access internet.

I've tried reseting the TCP/IP settings, and i've disabeled all firewalls. I also uninstalled the Norton antivirus software that came with the computer.

I would be very grateful if someone could find the solution to my problems.

Uninstall Norton Antivirus fully

Once that fixes everything! Consider Avast or Avira (both free) Antivirus

Problem solved

Uninstalling Norton properly did not work. However, I got desperate and uninstalled every program that i did not need or like, and now everything works perfectly. A new spring for my laptop.

I do not know witch program caused the problem, but i uninstalled a bunch of Nokia-related drivers and programs (i have no idea why they where there in the first place), as well as some acer programs (like launch manager).
