My dad encountered an problem with Internet Explorer. When he opens a new window the old one is closed, even though he doesn't want it to. This happened in IE 6 and we recently updated to IE 7, but the problem still occurs. I tried to tell him to use the tabs but he likes it the old way. Is there anyone out there who is experiencing or has experienced this? Anyone with tips on how to solve it? I'm thinking it may be a third party program because I havent seen any option in IE where you can control this. We've run Ad Aware, AVG and the like but the problem still remains... Another thing, this only happens when my Dad has signed onto his account, whereas in mine IE works perfectly, not that I use it (I like firefox).
