  1. What happens when you order an iPad from Best Buy and they mistakenly send you a box filled with five tablets? We weren't sure either but at least two different people recently found themselves in this exact situation. The correct...

  2. Best viral marketing ploy ever. People will order more iPad's now in the hope that they'll get 5 by 'mistake'.

This just makes me envious that it was not me that got those ipads. Although it could be a viral marketing ploy, like a guest said.

Wow... marketing ploy or not, those people are going to be very popular gift givers this season if they don't sell them first.
  6. Last week I ordered a tablet for $600 and to my amazement I received THREE in the mail by mistake. Glad to hear it's mine to keep according to FTC. Google will go bankcrupt if they dont correct their mistake asap.
  7. The tablets are not else just downgrownded degradated PC and only with some bonus gift accessories after useable thing you get. Incredible prize for nothing. I build stongerPC from pennys.
  8. LOL! Can we get a meme on this?? "I build stronger PCs with pennys." lulz
  9. I have a high end desktop (i7 3770k, gtx 690, 27' 2560x1440 led) which I do my gaming on, but I still have a tablet. Tablets are great for chilling in the living room on the sofa, or when you're sitting on the john, even laying in bed... You're comparing apples and oranges. Yes they're both computers, but they have different advantages.

    ...27" 2560 x 1440 display is the poor man's 30" 2560 x 1600 IPS version like I have. Not so high end.

I had this happen a few years ago with Amazon and an external HD for backups. They sent me four. I contacted them about it and they gave free shipping to send the extras back and then they gave me a full refund. I don't know if the refund was another mistake or if they were thanking me for my honesty. Either way, I had already worked to get them back the three HDs and wasn't going to fight them over not being charged too :p Worked out well since the HD died in less than two months anyway.

Few years ago Western digital sent me four Velociraptors instead of two on an RMA. When I called them on it they told me to keep them. Too bad I sold them on ebay. I loved those drives!
