Outlook 2000 showing paragraph and space formatting

Am having trouble in Outlook 2000 finding anywhere to turn off the paragraph and space formatting views. I create a new message and the formatting starts popping up, nowhere in any menu or customizable toolbar section is anything to turn it off that I see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
