I have done quite a little bit of research on the net and can't find the solution so here is the problem.
In outlook 2000 there are a few of our users that click new email and the Formatting tool bar options are all grayed out. I know I know well make sure microsoft word isnt selected as the new email compose method ok its not ok make sure that new email is formatted as something other than plain text such as HTML or Rich text well it is that too yet the tool bar is unavailable. When you click new email up it even says (HTML) as the email type up top yet there is no way to format text because the tool bar is grayed out any suggestions? Thanks.
