Outlook 2003, Received email is one hour in the future

I am having a problem with my Outlook 2003. I sent myself a test email and it comes back immediately like it is supposed to, however, it says 12:30 am, 6/1/08 when I sent it at 11:30 pm, 5/30/08.
Does anybody know what causes this problem or how to fix it?

Their is a patch for the DST problem? Looks like you didn't patch yours/..
