PC has become very slow and un-responsive - Please Help!!!

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my posting,

I’m running XP SP2 on an AMD 2800+ with 2GB Ram. I'm finding my computer is running very slowly and sluggish. I've posted a Hijack this log below; can anyone see anything untoward or a reason for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
