PC to TV solutions

I really need help figuring out the best AND cheapest solution for connecting my PC to my TV. I want to play games, look at the internet, and other things on my TV screen. I have a Nvidia 6200 Video card with 1 DVI, 1 D-Sub, and 1 S-Video. I am currently using my D-Sub on my 19 inch Acer LCD monitor that only uses only D-Sub and not DVI. I have a little "doo-hickey" that has Audio and Video jacks, an S-Video jack, and Antennae In and Out jacks. If anyone can help me, please tell me what to buy and how to set it up. You should be able to use the S-Video to your TV s-video and the audio comes from the sound card or onboard sound to your TV audio. Really not that hard to switch the screens over to TV mode and you can have both screens running at the same time.

Is your TV a CRT or Plasma/LCD TV?
