PFSAEQG DLL Error on Startup

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I am operating Windows XP Home (SP2) and for the last two weeks I get the following DLL error on startup -

the specific module could not be found for C:\WINDOWS\System32\pfsaeqg.dll

It doesn't seem to be negatively affecting anything but it is highly annoying and I'd like to know what is causing it and how to rid myself of it.
