Then why even try to make that argument if you can't prove it? It's not like it is hard for me to show you the mirriad of statistics and articles that say otherwise.
Two reasons. First, I have first hand knowledge on this subject and second, we could do this back and forth thing all day long. Is it worth our time? Is there any thing to be gained other than ego-stroking? We think differently based on different information, let's leave it at that.

I have nothing to gain. But I don't like being lied to. The whole "I know better than you" doesn't work with me. You either show your hand or stop pushing a false narrative.

In general you do it like this:

Only Nintendo still has its game revenue at about 50-50, but digital has been gaining on physical a lot. It's mostly because of how bad their online services have been compared to other platforms up until now and because of collectors for Mario/Zelda/Pokemon.
