Please Help Me Interpret Hijackthis Report

Hello everyone, I need some expert advice on how to get video to play in my browser. Everytime I try to run video IE crashes and the send error report comes up. I run XP professional, with avast virus protection. Have run ad aware also to no avail. Here is my hijackthis report...Please Help. Thank You. Earthquake.
