Sorry for the mutipule post but I fianlly got Ewido to safe a scan report after I downloaded the Beta Version.

your report mentions that ewido found adware. follow the instructions given here: https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic50981.html, and then post a hijack this log.

Follow the directions found HERE.

After following those directions post a new HJT log. When running HJT please close other programs and any open windows, this includes any open browser windows. Thanks.

OK. I have merged your threads with your ewido and your HJT, but I note that your HJT indicates that you haven't followed the instructions.

If you have now done this, please post a fresh log. If you have not, please follow them and THEN post a fresh log

Problem Fixed.

Hey guys thanks for all the help.

I went on ahead and bit the bullet and completely re-formated the hard drive.

Purring like a kitten now.
