Inactive Pop up Hell

I've been having a lot of trouble with malware, pop-ups are constantly happening, although I uninstalled anything that I may have found to be troublesome, but yet it continues.
I have pop up blocker, but yet when I click on certain things a new tab opens and I can't get away from that page without more pop ups happening, even shopping assistant started coming back, even though I uninstalled. My laptop is starting to run extremely slow, even though I've done all I can to the extent to my knowledge of technology.
Please help.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:

• If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.

Thank you so, so much for your help. I'm going to give it a try, but I might need a few extra days since I'm usually at school or work and need a good long day to be able to work it all out. I really would appreciate it!
