Port 25 blocking, not sure if virus or problems

Please find attached a copy of my HJT log. There seems to be a problem with a program blocking access to port 25. Email recieves fine, but cannot send. All other internet functions are fine.

Have you spoken to your Internet Service Provider about the Port 25 blocking issue ?
Which ISP do you use ?
Has this just happened recently ?
Do you have a personnal firewall ? Have you tried to turn it off ?
What is your Operating System ?

please be more precise on WHY sending fails -- post the actual message seen please.

99.9% of the time this is a malconfigured email client. Port 25 is the default
but sometimes it is specifically changed by the ISP (which one are you using).

the other two issues are:
the isp email server name ( it too can be specific to the ISP: eg: smtp.domain.com, mail.domain.com)
the use of secured login
