Port Key problem MSN can't connect

I don't know what happen, the internet is disconnected 2 days ago
then, the router (linksys) is restarted this afternoon.
after that, internet is back. But, i can't use my live messenger anymore. Some websites like google and youtube are working very slow while other is working ok.
the worst is hotmail.com is not accessible

I tried troubleshoot using live messenger, the problem is with the Key Port
And, the whole network having the same problem...

What is the problem btw? is it possible act of spyware? if so, how to solve this ?

problem solved
the problem is with the service provider
the IP we are in is getting problem
so, after restarting the router so many times
after getting the beautiful IP
only can work well
