Unable to load image ati2dvag.dll, Win32 error 2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ati2dvag.dll
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ati2dvag.dll
Probably caused by : ati2dvag.dll ( ati2dvag+12f97 )

Any help regarding what the problem could be is appreciated.

I am currently on windows xp 64bit, im using an ati x1900 all in wonder, and catalyst driver 6.5.

Try uninstalling the card in the device manager, physically removing the card, putting it back in with either newer drivers (if available) or the previous version of the driver, 6.4 or 6.3..

uninstall your ati drivers from the add/remove utility, then use Driver Cleaner to completly remove all ati files, then reinstall the latest ATI drivers.

Some graphics driver bsods can be caused by a dodgy installations or upgrades.
