Power Supply question

Hi guys, i just ordered a power supply and it came in with the P1 connector having only 19 wire /pin. It is missing 1 pin/wire. Is it suppose to be like that? Can I still use the power supply?

-5V is not required by the current ATX standard, I bet that's the one missing (opposite to the green wire).
