Problem with my cpu fan

For the last year my computer has had a little problem and i finally have had it!!
my cpu fan is soo loud now .. everytime i start a game the fan just goes supper loud and doesnt stop being loud till i stop the game, what is wrong with it
and i have cleaned it out several times and it has still done it

would like anyones input on this ty

It might be that the thermal compound has hardened or deteriorated and the heatsink isn't absorbing the heat from the CPU as efficiently as before. I would gently remove the heatsink/fan assembly from the CPU, clean the old thermal compound and reapply fresh compound.
