Problem with the EasyTune 5 program

I have a rather old Gigabyte motherboard, model GA-7ZXE, and an old processor too at 800 Mhz. I just installed this program that's used for overclocking. The problem is that the overclocking option of the program is disabled, as well the CIA MIB and the SMART FAN options. I can only click on PC HEALTH.
For those of you that know this program, do you have an idea why those options are disabled? Here's a screenshot too.

Thanks, I'd appreciate it. I have the feeling that there might be an incompatibility between this program and my processor/motherboard that are old, maybe that's why.
