Problems installing empire earth 3

i downloaded ee3 off of the gamestop website and now it wont install says its dl ee3setupdata.001 takes forever to move at all and will just eventually tell me my internet isnt connect...which it is

anyone???? i tried emailing customer support for trymedia (the company that does the dl) and havnt got a reply yet
