Inactive Problems with loading suspected malware

I am having a problem with Download speeds, and noticing a few things out of sorts with windows. I could hardly download Malware bytes and I have had this problem before only this time I could not pause the download and restart it when it slowed and stopped for long periods of time or I would get an error message saying "could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. try again later or contact the server administrator". I seem to have a slightly better connection and was able to download Malware bytes and run a quick scan that I will paste below, but I suspect I have been infected for some time. My experience so far is that I've been here, had my problem resolved, had the problem again, been directed to the windows os forum on tech spot and have been very busy occasionally checking to see if my problems persisted. Other than internet problems, it seems that twice when in my downloads folder the page decided not to load the proper icons until I clicked on one to delete it and then explorer seemed to freeze to the point where I had to shut down manually and restart. The computer is not very old , maybe 2 months. I Appreciate any help you can be.

I'd like to make certain that I'm not infected as one of the suppositions made by one of the 2 people who gave advice was that " The betting is, obviously, that you are still infected." . I'm sorry If I seem to be wasting your time. You've been very helpful and I appreciate it. I am going to try to get my computer running on a different ISP to see if the internet trouble is there. I hope that I can build on that and make sure windows is updated and programs are updated and installed properly. If I don't get anywhere with that I will keep looking for answers in Windows OS forum here or elsewhere. I may try calling the manufacturer to see if they recognize the problem or can help in any way.

I want to move the computer to my brothers network 15 minutes away to see if there is still a problem with windows because that is my primary concern. The ISP for where I live will be called,but I'd like to have something to compare to to make certain that they fix a problem if there is one.
