Problems with network card

Hi,

I have a company laptop that uses Odessey Client to connect to the wireless in the company building. When I take my laptop home and I search for wireless network I get the message "Windows cannot configure this wireless connection. If you have enabled another program to manage this wireless conection, use that software. "

I'm assuming it has something to do with that odessey client but I want to be able to disable that while i'm at home and get on my wireless network.

Any help would be awesome

Look through your Programs for Intel Proset, or something that sounds like Wireless... Atheros etc.

That program will have taken over from the Windows one as the default manager of you connection - once you've found it, you can add your home network easily!

I just ended up using the odessey client as my wireless connection manager. All I had to do was refresh it once I was at home and it found and connected to my wireless.
