Problems with various spyware/trojans

im sorry if i posted this in the wrong section becuase im really stupid and also im really scared confused and angry at my infected computer.

I did everything techspot asked for before getting a hijackthis log.

I ran the scans a couple times and they looked good (ewido ad aware etc etc). I then downloaded spynomore and it said i have alot of zlob trojans in the registery. Now my comp is also infected with the sysprotection page and the spy doctor page. plus in the system 32 folder some bad dll files keep poping up.

I NEED helP! You guys are my greatest hope.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
