My wife is trying to run a programme for school on her laptop. The minimum requirements are states as PentiumII 400 mHz and 128mb ram.
Her laptop has a mobile AMD Athlon(tm) XP2200+ 1.79gHz processor and 320mb ram. When I try to run the programme on it everything freezes. Looking at the performance graph at this time, the cpu usage is at 100%.
My desktop computer has an AMD Sempron(tm) processor 2600+ 1.6gHz processor with 1gb ram. The programme works fine on that.
Will simply adding more ram to the laptop do the trick or do I need to do something else.
