PS2 Memory Card Problems

Hi i have my PS2 memory card will let the game save but then when I play the game again my saved game is gone. I looked at the things on the memory card and everythings corrupted. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

i Know how delete the things if the things are called corrupted data but i dont know how to fix it. Do you want to delete them??
