I got a question, i have a old pc, and i have a ati radeon 9250 pci for it. And since i might get a better pc, and it has is a ATI Radeon® Xpress 200 chip for the video, and i was wondering is it better than the card?

Technically, the X200 is the lowest x series card there is, and is integrated as you said. Although, it is low quality, it is newer than the 9250, so I would say the X200 is a better performer.
