I have an athlon 3200+ which was registering lower in BIOS after i installed a new video card. I got it to register correctly at 200mhz FSB and 11x multiplier.

Is this the correct setting. I don't want to do any damage to the chip.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

200Mhz x 11x

200 x 11 = 2200Mhz... thats the clock speed that your CPU has.
Make sure you look to a comparison page that has de default speed for your 3200+ in order to get ir right.

Examples... AMD Athlon XP 2000+ runs at 1.6Ghz Aproximately and so on...

make sure u have a right so you dont overclock your CPU unless you want it too LOL.
