Random Pop-Ups

I have a buddy that I am trying to help eliminate his random pop-ups and I can't figure out what the problem is. So far, everything that I have looked up seems to check out as valid. I attached the hijackthis log and was hoping someone could take a look and see if anything in there might be causing the problem.

Sorry, I just realized that I was using an old version of hijackthis. Here is the latest with a couple of modifications.

Your HJT log looks clean, however, we insist on it being renamed as some malware can hide from it.

To be on the safe side you might want to follow the instructions below.

You need to have a read of this - If your system is infected. Read this before deciding whether to CLEAN or REFORMAT.

Then if you should wish to proceed with cleaning your system you need to go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, Combofix, and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
We also need to know the result of Panda Antirootkit.
