I am 90% sure its a memory problem. Used memtest and Everest, and no problems there. Have cleaned everything out. Maybe someone can tell me how to check out the power supply and what I'm looking for, so I can test that out. :)

thank you for the help in advance!

update: I just reformatted (from an unrelated goof up on my part) and the system rebooted again. All I was able to do is install the MB and sound drivers, so it defintely reeks of hardware.

The first minidump is crashed at nVidia Display Card Driver and this version is unstable. You had better install an older version of nVidia Display Card Driver to avoid problem.

It fails with NT status code 8000003 and it is symptom of faulty ram. Run memtest to stress test the ram.

Mini010907-01.dmp BugCheck 1000008E, {80000003, b955064d, bacd3b38, 0}
Probably caused by : nv4_mini.sys ( nv4_mini+22c64d )

Thank you for the reply. You wouldn't happen to know the best version of forceware available at the moment? I ran memtest and it passed through 5 cycles.
