CCT's link provided, looks to be the best option
Please install what is stated at MS

Regarding drivers I usually say update all (except bios as this can be critical)

Well thing is I already updated BiOs coz of this problem hoping it would fix it, to no avail, also all my drivers are up to date, except that now am running without any nVidia drivers coz I think they are the cause of all this, will run like this for a while to see if it's actually the GPU ...

I will try the file provided by M$ and have a looksee :D

    EDIT :

Due to BIOS Update now the Mobo Driver DVD don't recognize my Mobo, I now install drivers 1 by 1 :(

    EDIT #2 :

The file I got from CCT's link gives me the "Update Does Not Apply To Your System" MSG :(

In other cases where the NVidia drivers were involved there was a dump file reference to them - doesn't mean it isn't the case here so it would be useful to know what your progress finds.

Well so far no reboots of any kind except that I cannot play any games or any Graphic related App... So far I am leaning closer to a faulty GPU. Not that it matters, in 10 days time my BFG GeForce 280 GTX OCX will get here and we'll see what happens :p

Gotten anywhere with my minidumps ?

Bottom Line : So far so good :D
