Receiving email in Outlook at a certain time

Does anyone know if it possible to configure Outlook 2007 to download email automatically at a certain time once a day?
I know that I can set Outlook to download every so-many minutes - and in essence I could tell it to download every 1440 minutes (once-a-day), but how do I know exactly at what time it would do this?

Realistically, I think it would be safe to assume it takes effect from the moment you click OK or Apply. Therefore, if you did it at 16:46 it would then next check at 16:46 the next day.

You could easily work this out by setting it to do it in 5 mins and then using a stopwatch to see how long it really takes from selecting OK.
