Inactive Redirecting, Internet Explorer & Firefox popping up

Hola, y'all,
I was having trouble with Internet Explorer popping up out of nowhere & all but gave up on stopping it.
Now, my google searches are redirecting.
I did the 8-steps (so far) and used Mozilla Firefox to logon to this forum & now Mozilla Firefox window popped up out of nowhere.Below are the copy/paste records.
I hope I got them correct.
For some reason uploading the .txt files were blocked so I copy/pasted the entire records onto the attached .doc file.
