Referenced memory error message problem

My computer is giving me this error message:

instruction at “0x75977907” referenced memory at “0x00000068”. The memory could not be “read”.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? Thanks very much!

0x00000068 errors are caused by missing system files or broken system registry structures. Try either doing a registry repair or reinstall your os. I hope that helps
