Removal of whatabout a dog and obtaining HijackThis, AVG Antispyware and Combofix log

I've browsed through the forums and have found that mods tend to ask the topic starter to attach the HijackThis, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs. Where can I obtain these? Are they free? Also, I have the whataboutadog virus and need help removing it before completely doing a reinstall.
