Reprogram laptop hotkeys

Hi, i bought a new laptop, but one of the hotkeys opens PowerCinema everytime. I prefer to use Windows Media Player. is there anyway to change it so that Media Player opens. I couldnt find any software built in that can do this. Cheers.

You don't say what kind of machine ,so I will tell you where my dell is .Go to control panel (classic view) and dbl click the keyboard icon , the properties window gives you configuration .

thanks for the reply. my laptop is the the Amilo A1667G

it has 4 hotkeys, no.1 is for powercinema, no.2 for my browser, no.3 for my email client, and no.4 for special "silent mode". i'd like to change powercinema to mediaplayer. i couldnt find any options to change this in the control panel.
