Request to review HJT log

[dazed&confused]

Help here would be very much appreciated. The following is my HJT log and due to the volume of techno babble contained within I am at a loss as to what should be deleted and what stays. Any help here would be great. As well of any insight as to where I could learn more on interpreting the logs so that I may help myself and possibly others in the future.
Log has been sent as text attachment (I hope!)

and follow the instructions EXACTLY.
If afterwards you still have problems, post a new log (as a .txt file) here.
