Right click causes Office and Windows Explorer to stop responding

Whenever I right click in windows explorer, or any of programs in microsoft office 2010, the program will stop responding, and I will have to restart. Any known bugs causing this or ways to solve the problem? Really annoying because I have to use use my dad's mac (shiver) for school work.

Has it happened before or has it only just happened and can you remember what you was doing before it happened and do you get any error messages.
