Right clicking task bar and ctrl+alt+delete wont open task manager

Hello, My task manager has stop appearing regardless if I right click the task bar and click task manager or if I ctrl+alt+delete. Ill attach my hijackthis log.

Another one eh? Seems to be a trend.

The quick and dirty fix is download Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com. Does the same stuff, and more.
