Friends: I am trying to print round jewel labels for my CDs using Roxio Label Creator 6. I find when I import an image to be printed it is stretched vertically and the heads appear elongated. It also prints same way. Has anyone had this problem before and fixed it? Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Have you tried stretching the image back to normal while in Roxio? If the image is too wide for the CD, I can imagine it trying to shrink it to fit. And it's unproporitonal, so it will appear taller than normal.
