Saint's Row 2 in Steam running too fast

Hello,
yesterday I bought Saint's Row 2 from Steam. I started playing and saw that game is running too fast. I tried to use 1,2 or 3 of my CPU procesors, but nothing. What can I do to fix it? I got Win 7 x84

I tried mine, not sure what you mean by fast. You can always up the graphics settings to maximum, that usually has an adverse effect on frame rate.
