German tech blog WinFuture notes that the Galaxy S25 Edge features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 3120×1440 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, paired with 12GB of RAM with 256GB and 512GB storage options.
The dual rear camera setup includes a 200MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and an 85-degree field of view, alongside a 12MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view. Up front, a 12MP camera handles selfies and video calls.
