132 page internal document from Samsung compares several different aspects of the iPhone's UI, from the UI animations to the placement of the buttons with those of the Samsung Galaxy S.

On each page you will find one feature from the iPhone's UI, a note on what's good about it and a similar feature on the Galaxy S with a note saying how it is worse compared to the same feature on the iPhone

Well at least this proves one thing, blatantly copying UI elements from competitors can lead to success in the market place.

This is absolutely proof that the interface was copied from Apple. I had said it and it has been hinted in news for a week or 2 now, but this is some real proof outside of "fanboi" stuff that shows people in the decision making positions were doing it intentionally.

It was always known, there was just denial and no proof. Now there is proof.

Now, with Jobs gone, where does the industry go? People on pro Apple forums have been quick to dismiss Apple based on recent performance (no new design with maybe an iPad Mini and iPhone 5/6). But ok, if Apple doesn't make a new phone, where does everyone else go? What is the next step here?
