San andreas: wont open

I have san andreas on my pc, and i think i can remember encountering this problem a while ago but cant remember how i got around it.

I havent opened it in a while, the other day i tried to open it, and nothing happened at all. Task manager wasnt showing anything being opened or anything, kept trying, nothing worked.

If this has happened to any1 else, or if u know a way of fixing this, please let me know, thanx
