Scrolling Problems

Hi everyone I just reformatted my computer and I'm trying to get back on my feet. I just got my connection to my internet and I'm having trouble scrolling. When I go up/down a page it does a kind of a sweep up the page, on scroll at a time. This causes a lot of lag. I don't think it has anything to do with internet settings because it is happening in both FireFox and I.E. Also I noticed when moving windows around I get lag. This never used to happen, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm missing a driver or something big. All help is apperciated :angel:

As I said in my pm. You need to install your graphics card drivers.

Since your computer is a Dell, if you have not upgraded the graphics card. You will be able to get the graphics(display) drivers from the Dell website.

If your are unsure as to what graphics card you have.
