Serial99 Virus

My computer has become infected with the serial99 virus. It only seems to be infecting one of the accounts on my system. Loss of task manager abilities, ability to shut down computer. Serial 99 appears in internet explorer but has not taken over the homepage. My latest hijack this log is attached. Thank you for your time.

Edit: Problem is now Solved.

I forgot to add other scan results. They are attached. for AVG scan I got the following results and then quarantined the items. Did a follow-up scan and nothing was found.
