Should I disable pagefile(virtual mem) ?

Hi All,

When I try to burn the home video of 4+ GB which is in VOB format , transcoding takes way to much around 1.24 to 1.30 hrs. Which I think is way too long for the videos thats in DVD format already.
when I see the task managerit does show me processor use a lot but show me some Page File usage of 700+ MB... I dunno why the hell its using pagefile since I have 2 GB of RAM
Here is the specs
Dell inspiron 6400/1505 core duo T 2300 processors
2 Gb RAM
2048 M page file
super seagate 80gb 5400 rpm HD

It's the memory usage, not page file usage. I guess Task Manager has wrong labels. I've disabled pagefile completely and it still shows the same.
