Silent Hill 4: The room- PS2 or PC?????

Hi guys. I want to play the game silent hill 4:the room, but I am wondering if I should buy it for PS2 or PC? It's not the first person shooter so how are the controller on pc? Is it easy to control character and all weapons on pc? I just need your opinion. Thanks
