Sims 2 Installation.....

I just got Sims 2 a few months ago and am ready to throw it out the window. I was SOOOO happy and excited as I finally began installing it....then at Disc 3 a problem occurs. I don't exactly remember but it said something like this:

"A problem occured while trying to install Simpak00." Then it asked me to Retry or Cancel installation. I retried but it kept repeating so I was forced to cancel. I used some Lens-cleaning liquid I use on my old CDs but it still didn't change. Can anyone help me???

Copy all the CD contents in a folder on your hard drive and run the installer from there.

If the CD is damaged, then you can get a replacement from the shop you bought the game from.
